-
300g of flour
-
1 sachet of baking powder
-
3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
-
2 tbsp of ground flaxseed
-
1 tea spoon of baking soda
-
1 tea spoon of Himalayan salt
-
1 tea spoon of cinnamon
-
2 tea spoon of vanilla powder or few dips of vanilla extract
-
150g of chocolate chips
-
100g of crushed mixed nuts (almond, walnuts, hazelnut)
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Mix the coconut oil, sugar and eggs in a bowl.
Mix all the other ingredients, except the oatmeal, in a large salad bowl and add the contents of the first bowl.
When the mixture is fairly homogeneous, add the oatmeal and a little water depending on the texture of the dough, then refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and create small balls that you will place on baking paper before press them (remember to space them well, because the dough will spread).
Cook them at 180°C for ten minutes
